About our first collection
In 2018, at the heights of the Venezuela complex humanitarian crisis,
proceeds from Healing Venezuela funded AID FOR AIDS's infant formula program,
reaching more than 2,000 babies born to mothers living with HIV
across 17 states. Each baby received formula through their entire
first year, keeping them healthy and protecting their cognitive development
during its most critical stage.
Your Impact
From day one, AID FOR LIFE approached the earthquakes in La Guaira with a plan
for the long term. The first phase was a fast, coordinated emergency response:
supporting rescue teams and training local responders. That response has since
grown into a comprehensive recovery effort that combines lifesaving humanitarian
relief with nutrition, mental health support, sports, and education, all working
toward long-term recovery for the families of La Guaira.
